I didn't really do a price comaparison but here are some ways to get FM at a discount. - Kim Sang Medical Hall, they offered it lower than retail and more discount if but in bulk. I always buy from Kim Sang, including diapers. One of the cheapest. Alternatively, I will buy NTUC vouchers at 5% discount and will ask my parents with PG card to buy. Total 8% discount. Good if can't find the milk powder at Kim Sang.
