Hi! When do we start using stretch mark oil - when we see them or even if it's not visible, also can apply?

earlier for better (Apply on 1st trimester)..I was late to apply stretch mark oil/cream in 2nd trimester 😔 I’ve stretch mark in my hips and thighs
