If mix feeding then up to 7 days, gp will recommends to increase breastmilk intake to aid the bowel movement (lesser waste to pass out). As 2 months old, doctor will not recommend giving any medicine as they are too young.

It depends on the baby’s usual bowel habits, and also whether baby is feeding well, peeing well, whether baby’s comfortable and active, etc. If baby’s well and active I think you can observe for a few more days
