Hi! When do I know if my baby can start taking solids? He's turning 4 months soon.

recommended 6 months and above. although , my daughter started solids at 4 months plus (doctor approved) with solids that stated for 4 months

When she can sit (supported), but be reminded that after solid some baby will have constipations, and the stool will smells like ours, ha3..

best to start at 6mths when the gut and stomach is more ready
