When can I carry my baby in front pack, head facing to me? TIA.

There are carriers that allows you to position your baby facing you kahit newborn pa lang. It should be safe. Just read the guidelines on how to properly do it.

For baby face facing outwards do it only when baby's neck is very stable. I did it only at 6mo and not for a long period of time.

Usually, when your baby turns 3 months and big enough to be put in a carrier. Yes, face towards you is the correct position.

facing towards you can be started from newborn stage but you have to get the correct baby carrier with infant support

I agree with Felicity. The face of the baby should be in your chest, It gives the baby more security and comfort.

You mean baby wearing? If yes, I'd say that's the proper way of baby wearing where his head faces your chest.
