When is it good to move a baby to solid food?

It really depends on your baby. After 6 months, u can start to introduce soft foods other than milk to your LO. Things like baby cereal, purée fruits or veg…then slowly progress to mashed up meats before gg on to solids. Observe baby’s ability to swallow, whether there’s teeth to help baby chew/bite, etc…

Parents can start give solid food once the baby has reached 6 months old
