Spotting at 6 weeks

When for my first appt today, only manage to see gestational sac. Can’t seem to see any yolk sac, not sure whether isit too early or what. Just very worry about this. And at night it’s suddenly spotting out of a sudden. Make me even more worry. Did any one experience this before?
