It is advisable to bring your toddler to the dentist around the age of 2 when all their baby teeth are out. However as they are still at the tender age of 2, they might get afraid of the "scary" looking tools and the noises they make. So my advice is to be there with your child while he or she is getting a check up and reassure them that everything is going to be okay.

It is recommended to start to visit dentist after 1 year old where most of the teeth are developed already. I started to bring my kids for dental check when they turned 2 years old since they have proper teeth brushing habit and they consume little sweet stuff and biscuits. I recommend T32 where the dentist are Pediatric Dentists. Dr. Bruce Lee from T32 is good!

I bring my Son for dental check up since 4yo. It actually depends on individual as my boy teeth are more prone to decay. So he already did filling at age 4. He seldom snacks, no using of milk bottles and he brush teeth since 3. But Dentist say some people are just more prone to decay so we just gotta take note.

I would say after the first teeth is out. Then base the subsequent visits on the recommendations of the dentist. It is good to start early and get your baby used to going to the dentist regularly. This way, there is a chance that they will not "fear" having to go for dental appointments in future.

I started my elder son when he's 4yo and still doing an annual polishing. And also did a filling as there's a small hole in his molar. You can try neighbourhood clinic. We usually did our at Q&M , although most are trainees but they are good in kids.

preferably as soon as their front teeth come out. pero you can wait until atleast 10 of the their teeth are out. :) My LO's front teeth are in the process of coming out, so excited na ako to bring her to my nephew's pedia dentist anytime soon.

I asked my dentist and he said as soon as LO has teeth, can bring to dentist. Nothing much for them to do yet. Just brush their teeth to let them get used to the feeling of the brush. Cannot use toothpaste until they know how to spit it out.

i started my elder gal to dentist at age of 2.5. i went to hpb school of dental centre as its heavily subsidised, pay only $9 for each visit. the dentist is very nice and patient so my gal was easily comforted when cleaning her teeth.

I would say starting at 1 year. Also, you can choose a dental clinic with a child friendly ambience. I'm talking about the colorful decals so that they will always be happy to visit the dentist even in the years to come.
