Language development

Baby language development ideally is between 12 months to 36 months. That’s when they pick up the most and you can teach them as many new languages. My Daughter speaks mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia and English. She’s 2.5. She can switch between the languages. We started teaching her mandarin from 18 months and Bahasa Indonesia from 20 months

Around 12 months. But my older boy only started speaking properly at around 2.5 years old.
