Ferrous,calcium and dha po ang reseta saken before ni OB. Kung ano pong ibigay sayo ni OB sis since sya po nka2alam ng health condition mo😊

Depends po sa advice ng Ob nyo. My Ob advice me to take Obmin plus, cecon calcium be and hemarate fa since my first checkup at 6 weeks
