What are some ways to raise kids to be athletic?

If you have set a routine for your children, means they have a schedule for sleeping and waking up in the morning, you can encourage them to play some sport. In the mornings, you can take them to play football, tennis, or just simple running. Have them to pole exercises. This will not only help them gain height, have athletic body but they will also remain energetic the whole day. You can play along in the park. When I was in Mumbai, I used to take my daughter to the park everyday in the evenings, I would notice each day that a man would come everyday with his kids and would play with them. One day, the father and two kids would cycle for an hour or so. The next day, they would run and take several rounds of the society, and the other day, you would see them playing football or badminton.
