What are some great food pasalubong from Iloilo?

Ohhhh a few years back, my friend was in Iloilo for a holiday and she brought back biscocho (did I spell that right?). The most delectable baked bread topped with butter and sugar; we'd have them during breaks and dip them in our coffee and tea. So good! According to my friend, it's a speciality in Iloilo province and no one leaves without bringing back at least a few packs! (picture from Internet)
