What pinoy dishes are great first finger foods for toddlers?

I learned this from a friend, boiled sayote or carrots which as big as the baby's point finger will do so that the baby can grip it correctly. In connection with your pinoy dishes, if your baby can eat rice, the sauce of adobo, menudo, caldereta, afritada are the best for them. Those ulams increase their appetite. Btw, that came from our Pedia. :)

My kids absolutely LOVE bananas. However, due to their high sugar content I like to pair them with some protein and fat in the form of homemade nut butter! My kids think this is dessert and one of the best treats, ever! We call them banana boats and they take us on a trip to healthy happiness!
