What are some of the expectations we (employers) should set for new helpers who we hope to train to help care for our LO? I've never had experience with helpers so would like to seek some advice. :)

I regret not setting clear rules with my helper - she is just so irresponsible and always on her handphone. She is also really shitty on cleanliness - but she is good with baby. :( Pls set rules right from the beginning - don't be so kind, as later she will take advantage of your kindness. I have learnt it first hand
