pooing difficult

What shoud mommy do if the baby was not yet pooing for 4days now? Im really worried to my 4mons baby Leighton.. its his 1st time not to poo since he was born.. pls help me.. he's a breasts feed baby.. ?

Normal lang po pag exclusive breastfeeding hindi magpoop si baby as long as hindi lumalaki ang tyan.

No water until 6 months.. Eat ka mommy ng food yung high in fiber.
