Procedures in first prenatal appointment.
Hi....what are the procedures generally gynaecologist do in first prenatal appointment.Should i go with an empty stomach or can i eat anything before checkup.pls give me suggestions??
no need to go with a empty stomach. my gynae did a ultrasound scan but couldn’t heard the heartbeat then cos it’s still very early stage (week 6), advised me to go back 2 weeks later. as for your first appt, you should prepare all the questions you wanna ask i.e. things you can eat/drink, what to expect in the next few weeks etc. also tell your gynae if you are suffering from any morning sickness and see if he can offer you with any remedy.
