Procedures in first prenatal appointment.

Hi....what are the procedures generally gynaecologist do in first prenatal appointment.Should i go with an empty stomach or can i eat anything before checkup.pls give me suggestions??

My first appt was just a scan in my 6th week. And prescribing multi vitamins. And no you do not need to fast!
