Lowe abdominal pain

What are the possible causes of lower abdominal pain? I've been experiencing this for almost a week now but I've already told my ob. Just curious about the possible cause. I have UTI and vaginal discharge that is so itchy. Is stress and commuting of transportation also possible reason? #firstbaby #1stimemom #pregnancy
