What's the most natural tool in disinfecting cloth diapers?

i've read that you can use either hydrogen peroxide, hot water, vinegar, baking soda or bleach in disinfecting. Sun is a great disinfectant, too! After washing your dipes, line dry them. Mr. Sun has an anti-bacterial capability.
