Actually bb dun need pillows, because alot of SID are associated to pillows and blankets. So keep their slping areas as clear as possible. If u want, u can buy those small latex pillow to prevent flat head, and a small bloster. And a light blanket or can just use muslin swaddles, so even if bb accidentally cover head with blanky still can breath :)
