What is the one thing you thought you needed before baby arrived, that turned out you didn't need at all?

Milk bottles! I thought I will definitely need milk bottles but I ended up not using them at all as I exclusively breastfeed my baby by direct latching. My baby has been so used to it that he refuses milk bottles. Since I'm a SAHM, I just let him direct latches all the time. My milk bottles are left unopened.
