What is the best age to start violin? Any recommended centres?

I'd say 4 or 5 when the child can steadily hold the violin or any instrument. But before that, it's better to train their grip like handling them brooms to sweep the floor. Dual purpose right? They help you in doing household chores plus training for the violin class. :)
