Hello, how far along are you? You could try to make movements that may help your baby move, things like eating or drinking something, getting up to move about or even rubbing your bump and talking to your baby :) Sometimes they may be resting so they hardly move, but if you're worried then you can get it checked out for a peace of mind!

If you have been moving around, baby may actually be sleeping due to the rocking motion. Try to find a quiet place, rest and see if you can detect the kicks. You can try putting a cold/ice pack on your tummy and see if baby will move. Or tap on your tummy. If still no movement or if you are worried, see your gynae for a scan.

Please do observe... Sometimes it’s normal you won’t feel the baby kick, it maybe because baby is sleeping inside ☺️ follow your maternal instinct 💕

you can try eating something sweet, everytime I eat/drink something sweet (like pregnancy milk) I can feel my baby moves a lot, it might work for u too..

It could be sleeping. I experienced it before. Continue to monitor for the next few hours and see ur gynae if there is no movement if it prolongs.

Don't stress, mummy. Observe your baby's movements and if your baby doesn't move during their usually active times, please consult your doctor.
