What do you guys think about the anti-vaccine movement? Are vaccines really bad for our babies? :/

my MIL is quite an anti vaxx (Probably because during the time na pinanganak niya husband ko, wala pa naman masyadong vaccines available), feeling nia overdose ung baby ko lagi kasi andami beses tinuturukan, every month meron but I dont think vaccines are bad unless its super rushed nadevelop like covid and dengavaxia vaxx. mejo doubtful pako and very traumatic yung sa dengvaxia.
