What footwear should I choose for my one-year-old baby show has just started walking. Any good brands that are available in India and can I buy them online?

Kids usually start walking at this age and there's still some time before they actually start running around. Don't splurge too much on their shoes right now since they tend to outgrow their size pretty fast. Just make sure they get stable footing and are covered so that they don't hurt their toenails even if they fall.
