For me it simply means taking of myself in whichever way possible to relax myself and be happy

I know what it is and means, but I feel like I can't really make it happen...

Hardly have the time juggling with family and work

Loving myself and accepting the love I receive

bless that i have enough time to pamper myself

To take care of my body, both inner and out

i cant do it...I feel like a selfish person

Not taking one's self identity for granted

Take care of self to take care of others

Taking care of myself properly first...
