Baby is said to be looking up

What does it mean if the baby inside the womb is said to be looking up (nakatingala) and you’re at 7 months of pregnancy? Is it bad?

I know that the normal and favorable position of the baby's head is chin down. So that it won't affect his/her head when you deliver the baby.
