The idea is to keep the meals light, with less spices and easily digestible. Add curd to daily meals, give foods such as light khichdi, yellow moong dal, even boiled apples. If possible make a powder of roasted jeera and ajwain and a bit to baby's food.

Follow light diet, like porridge, curd, rice, khichdi, etc. Follow the diet for atleast three days. Mix coriander powder in dahi and feed the baby two or three spoons a day. It is a home remedy that works well for upset stomach.

You can surely use curd is small quantities as it has the good bacteria for the stomach to heal. Alternatively khichdi and mashed potato for energy will help your child. Make sure your child is well hydrated. Avoid any masalas.

Hi, Yes, it is better to avoid milk products. You can give your baby khichdi for a few days till his stomach becomes better. You can also give dahi rice, or yellow dal. I mean anything that is light on baby's stomach.

Khichdi is a good idea - as Amrita above suggested. Small lentils are easily digested, and that's the kind of food you need whenever you have an upset stomach.
