After completing 6 months. Start giving rice and dal paste , vegetable soups, and after 8-9months mixture of rice, dal, almonds, cashew just dry roast or add some ghee while roasting make powder of this and then when ever it baby is hungry add 2 spoonfull of this mixture and a cup of water and boil it till it becomes a thick paste with a pinch of salt. Very healthy for a baby.... U can also give boiled egg in the morning. There is a lot more. Best of luck....

Never ever add salt till baby is 1 year old. It’ll damage the kidneys. Please read about it

6months n above. You can start with purée foods/ mashed soft foods/ blended soft porridge etc No salt or sugar. Eggs : egg yolk after 9months, egg white after 1 yo. ( in case of allergies ) You can Google / YouTube how to make purée foods etc
