Bmi is body mass index. It shows what category you’re on either normal/overweight. Seems like yours on the overweight side. It’s an indicator that your pregnancy might be high risk. It doesn’t necessarily means you need to diet being pregnant. But being overweight, we are more likely to develop GDM. Hence, I think it’s better to watch our diet closely further into pregnancy. But, please know that it’s okay being overweight and pregnant 😊
