please cut the nails and see. it should be dirt if it's not going off then I think seeing a doctor is the best advice

It’s just dirt trapped underneath the nail. Keep them short and use your nails to gently scrape and slide it out.

It looks like it's not at d edges whr you can cut it off. I think need to see the doctor.
