Best time to start belly cream

What is the best time to start using creams for stretch marks? Is belly cream better or serum? I am 14 weeks pregnant and not using any yet. In general, I have dry skin type. Thanks for help

Best to start as early as possible. I started 9 weeks until now (27 weeks) so far yet to see any marks excep the linea niagra. Bio oil & palmer’s lotion is good
