Presenting my very own Pan-fried Pork Ribs Ingredients: For marinate sauce: 1 kilo of spare ribs (chopped into 3-4 inches) 3 tbsp paprika powder 1tbsp thyme powder (for additionl steak flavor) 1 tbsp of chilli powder (optional) 1 tbsp black pepper (ground) 5 cloves of garlic (chopped/grounded) 3tbsp olive oil 1tbps salt Procedure: 1. Mix all the ingredients in a marinating bowl and cover with plastic cling wrap. Then refrigerate at least overnight. 2. Cooking time: Heat a non-stick pan. Add 2tbsp of olive oil. 3. Pan-fry the pork ribs until cooked. I always want my meat cooked well-done. 4. Once cooked, set aside to drain the excess oil. 5. Plate then serve. For plating: I always do variation in plating just like in the photos. A. I serve it with lettuce and ensaladang manga. What you need?: Lettuce 1 medium size carabao mango (not ripe;chopped into small bits) 3 tomatoes (ripe and not will do) 1 small red onion Salt Black pepper (powder) Chili/sili (optional) Procedure: Just mix everything then serve with the pork ribs. B. Stuffed veggies. What you need: 2 medium potatoes (chopped) 1 small carrot (chopped) 1 medium brocolli White onion Garlic Olive oil Procedure: 1.Steam the carrots, potatoes and brocolli to your desired softness. 2.
