What the best birth control you know?

I'm sorry to say, but abstinence (not having intercourse at all) is the best birth control. Birth control pills, condoms, IUDs, tying of tubes and whatever else ... they are not 100%. Yes, there have been people who got pregnant even after tying their tubes - it's just how determined that little one is to get here!
