The Sunday Legazpi market welcomes pets and is baby-friendly if you go early enough (find a seat close to an electric fan!). I buy both my baby's and my dog's organic shampoo there. There's also a stall that sells the most adorable plushie animals. Plus there's a park nearby so everyone gets a good walk!
