What baby teether do you recommend and why?

I picked up the Twisty teether figure 8 from munchkin. It twists into different shapes and makes rattling sounds and features 4 different teething surfaces for baby to grasp, hold and chew. It's about $8- $9. I bought it because of the price. If nothing else it's entertainment and it helps baby develop motor and sensory skills while learning cause and effect!
