Just Mums

39 weeks and not dilated

Went for an appointment early in the morning and after checking my cervix my gynae said that it is not yet dilated. I have done almost everything from walking to house work everyday even heavy duty, climbing stairs. Any tips please to dilate as I do not want to be induce this Friday haha

Friday u can ask ur gynae to sweep membrane n see if it's jumpstart ur labour .. overall enjoy the last moment of ur pregnancy takecare
