pre natal vitamins

just want to ask, ano pong mga pre natal vitamins nio? Naguluhan kase ako sa OB ko sabi hindi daw required yung folic acid? and also ok lng ba uminom ng Duphaston kahit wala ka namang spotting pa? 4wks preggy here #1sttimemom

Pwede po mag Duphaston kahit walang bleeding. Safety precaution po during First Trimester First Trimester - I took Duphaston (3x a day) for 2 months, and Folic Acid po, before pregnancy and first 3 months during pregnancy. Second Trimester - I've been taking Iberet (Iron) + Folic, and Clusivol OB.
