hearing

hi.. wanna ask.. my baby dont react to my voice recently.. it start this week.. but she react to loud aound like the vehicle sound, or if i drop object or anything.. before this she react to my voice even being talkative.. btw she is 3 months old.. is it normal..?? im worry sick about her now talking to me this few days..
