i noticed that when i take obimin, my nausea is worse. so i stop taking obimin and only take folic acid. then i can just eat watermelon. because i cant accept other food and it will leave a bitter taste on my tongue that makes me nausea and vomit very badly. until it comes out from my nose. i feel scared to eat after that. so i can just take watermelon and chocolate drink. u have to find out what soothes you. have to explore. trial and error. once u found it,make it ur best friend. all the best.
Saya pun menghadapi all-day sickness utk my 2nd prgnancy kali ni..ye sepanjang hari rasa mual rasa nak tdo rasa letih badan smpai saya terpaksa ambil cuti tanpa gaji 3 bulan ššš..berbeza masa mngandung anak sulung saya cuma start mabuk smpai xbole buka mata dr 5pm-3am keesokkan harinya..doakan saya juga kuat ye mommies semua..,šš
Kuatkan diri demi baby sis. sy mcm sis juga. sampai gastrik sebab asyik muntah saja. selera pun takde. tekak rasa pahit takde rasa nak makan apaĀ². bertabahlah kita sis sampai 2nd trimester ya. saya hanya mampu minum susu & oat saja bagi tak lapar sangat. biskut.
sy pun sama. doktor ada bg ubat tahan muntah. cara sy, makan dlm kuantiti sikit tp banyak kali. elakkan makanan berminyak dan pedas. banyak makan buah jus delima dan glucose dapat kurangkan loya saya disamping bagi sedikit energy
minum air lemon suam,it can help avoid ur morning sickness. jgn amalkan mkn seperti asam2. its not good.

Cara saya minum jus oren and makan coklat cadbury almond. Boleh kurangkan nausea
Try jus ma'mariam. it quite nice to consume. recommended.
haah bagus sis. sebab nausea sy teruk tu sy cuba jus mamariam. skrg hanya teruk time petang ke malam saja š asal masuk petang mesti kembung perut & rasa nak muntah. xleh cium bau bwg sikit pun. semua lauk pauk tiada berbawang š tp selera takda.
