Lactose intolerance and pregnancy milk

Very early into pregnancy (week 6) and I'm getting so much information from the web. Is pregnancy milk necessary? I am lactose intolerant, are there any alternatives?

I'm lactose intolerant too and it's not necessary to drink any pregnancy milk but I did though. Drank anmum chocolate flavour, made it cold and only drank once a day before bedtime. Drank that to make my baby gained weight. So far that's the only pregnancy milk I can take. And I drank nutrisoy oat milk and also Magnolia chocolate flavoured milk. Can't take other flavours well.

I'm lactose-intolerant too! I get Calcium & Vit D tablets as supplements from my gynae, and drink a variety of lactose-free/reduced milk such as Magnolia lactose-free milk, Meiji lactose-free milk, Farm Fresh lactose-free milk and HL milk (low in lactose).

Take lactose free cold milk! Greenfields, Magnolia, farmhouse etc. won’t recommend HL because it’s made of milk solids rather than fresh milk. Check the ingredient list! My gynae aso gives calcium pills (immunotec calcium-D)

I'm lactose intolerant too. I drink Harvey Fresh lactose free milk or Meiji lactose free milk, sometimes I buy almond/oat/rice milk. Currently also taking vitamin D3 (on gynae's advice) and prenatal vitamins.

I didn’t drink any pregnancy milk. Got my Calcium pills, vitamins and dha pills from gynae. Baby came out healthy :)

I can’t take dairy as well, so gynae gave me Caltrate. Try to take other alternatives like soy milk as well :)

Not necessary. Just take calcium pills or eat other food that has calcium in them
