Do you use baby cleanser to wash baby's pwet kapag nag-poop? My lo is only 3 months old. Thanks!

For infants, we only use water to wash the poop kasi too sensitive pa ang skin and the private parts of the baby, plus wala naman talagang mabahong amoy kasi milk lang ang intake. The only time we use cleanser is once the baby starts to eat solids and iba na ang amoy ng poop, which needs to be cleansed by something other than water.
