Urgent help on the following: 1) When do the fever kicks in when the baby take 5-in-1 and rotavirus vaccination?? 2)How long the fever usually last. 3)At what temperature i should give the paracetomol syrup? Please Advice. Thank you.

1) Fever with most vaccines begins within 24 hours 2)Fever lasts 2 to 3 days. 3) If temperature is higher than 37.5 degrees celsius, give your child paracetamol syrup. Sponge your kid with cool tap water when temperature is above 38 degrees celsius. Hope it helps.

Usually it will just be a low grade fever. it's the body trying to fight inside. just keep ur baby clothes loose and sponge more often shld there be a rise of temperature. U can also try out lemon slice soak in bathtub and bath ur baby in it.
