How to conceive?

Hi, we are trying to conceive but it’s really hard for me. Any suggestions?

Seek help from professional, 2years din kaming trying pero hnd talaga biniyayaan until nagpacheck up ako & dun ko nalaman na i have diabetes pala (at the age of 29) grabe.. hirap pala makabuo kapag mataas ang sugar. pero after 4months of medication & go signal from my OB & endo na pwede na i-try. boom! buntis agad ako at manganganak na next week 😊
