food restriction for pregnant

Hi, is it true that pregnant must not drink cold drinks? I keep drinking soymilk from fridge, also yakult. I take yogurt also. Pls enlighten me. My first check up will be this sat. Im 6 weeks preggy. Thanka

I do take a lot of cold drinks like vitagen & yogurt. Even with ice sometimes..get naturally super hot during pregnancy . Aircon also cant feel. 🙄
