Is it too much to ask a 23 months old to wait for his turn to play with the swing at the playground? Or they are still too young to understand that ?

From my own experience, my boy does understand starting around the 18-19 month mark. That doesn’t mean he would always willingly follow your instructions hahahaha! But that’s how toddlers are wired to learn and that’s okay, just gently repeat to them consistently. Sooner or later, I suppose it’ll be something that will come to them naturally as they grow up. (:
