Toddlers bed wetting - At what age should it stop?

There is no right or wrong age here -- while most kids who wet their beds are 5-year-olds and 6-year-olds are bedwetters, most grow out of it and usually there's nothing serious going on. I've heard of older kids (7-8) wetting their pants but those were one-off situations e.g. nightmares, stress, fears.
