Missed miscarriage....

Today went for detailed scan... unfortunately, was being told baby heartbeat couldn't detect.... baby size stopped at 17weeks... I had a missed miscarriage... Was given 2 options, either oral meds or to natural flush out.... what should I do...... any mummies had missed miscarriage experience able to share more with me..... :'(
