First Postpartum Period

Question

Today is the first day of my postpartum period 4 months and 7 days after giving birth via CS. Hindi pa sumasagot OB ko. Is it normal po ba na makaramdam ng contractions-like na pain? As in para akong naglalabor ulit 😢what to do po to ease the pain? Need help mga momshies. Sana may makapansin. Thanks #theasianparentph #advicepls #1stimemom #firsttimemom

Ako po mga mommy kakastart lang din ng first period ko. Via normal delivery po ako kay lo, medyo masakit sya sa puson hehe. And medyo malakas pa and buhay na buhay ang dugo. Is this normal?
