Today is day 5 but my milk supply is still Low. Been pumping every 3 hours but only 20ml every time. Having engorged breasts too. Please advise!

mine milk supply only came in 10 days I will advise keep latching your baby every 2hours after that use hot compress n massage your breast area n manually hand express so that you could remove hinder milk that pumping can't remove...good luck to you mummy on breastfeeding journey🤗🤗🤗

Massage each time before you pump. Push your blocked ducts towards your nips if any. Check if flanges are of correct size.

pls supplement with fm too if you think LO hasnt got enough. there is absolutely nothing wrong with guving fm

Sound like a blocked duct! Use hot compress and massage massage massage! Try pumping 2hrly instead

also, supply is a very mental thing. be positive, tell yourself not to stress
